Kabul – Local authorities of a radio in Ghor province have said that the broadcasts of this media have been stopped due to the electricity outage and financial problems.
On Sunday, October 17, Sayed Maroof Saidi, the media director of Sarhad radio station in Ghor, says that most of his employees have lost their jobs due to financial challenges, and electricity outage has also stopped the media publications.
Most residents of Ghor province have been deprived of information due to the closure of this local radio, according to him.
Currently, the activity of Sarhad radio continues in a limited way on social media after stopping its broadcasts.
