The Gaza Government Media Office says that 1,122 people have been killed and 3,599 others injured in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip since the ceasefire took effect in October.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, July 14, the office said it had documented more than 3,000 alleged violations of the ceasefire agreement by the Israeli military since it came into force.
The ceasefire in Gaza took effect on October 10, 2025, following an agreement brokered by the United States.
The Gaza Health Ministry had previously reported that at least 73,090 Palestinians have been killed and 173,550 others injured since Israel launched its military campaign in the Gaza Strip in October 2023.
The Gaza Strip continues to face a severe humanitarian crisis, as ongoing hostilities, widespread infrastructure destruction, and limited access to basic necessities make life increasingly difficult for civilians.
