A video obtained by the Hasht-e Subh Daily shows Pakistani police raiding the park known as “Argentina” late at night and detaining all Afghan asylum seekers who had been camping there for the past three months.
According to the footage, police launched the raid around midnight on November 25, 2025, beating Afghan migrants as they cleared the area.
Sources say Pakistani authorities are attempting to transfer the detained Afghans to temporary camps in preparation for their forced deportation to Afghanistan.
The operation has sparked fear and anxiety among Afghan asylum seekers.
Many of them, worried about Taliban retaliation upon return, have called on international organizations to prevent their forced repatriation.
