Seven Afghan migrants have been killed after a vehicle carrying migrants collided with a fuel tanker in Iran.
Haalvsh, a human rights organization, reported on Saturday, September 19, that the incident occurred on the Iran-Shahr–Jakigur highway in Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan province.
Nine other Afghan migrants were also injured in the accident.
The organization added that complete information about the identities of those killed and injured has not yet been released.
A few days earlier, at least 17 Afghan migrants also died of thirst in Saravan, Iran.
