Taliban Kidnap Women and Children in Panjshir Province

Hasht-E Subh Hasht-E Subh
15 August 2022 - Solar Hijri Date: 1401/05/24 [t_time:1660564562]

After the capture of several villages by NRF forces, the Taliban kidnapped women and children in parts of Panjshir province.

Speaking to Hasht-e Subh on Monday afternoon (August 15th), sources said that the Taliban have kidnapped women and children after retreating from Abdullah Khel valley in the Dara district.

The Taliban have been stranded in some parts of the Dara district as a result of the closure of the communication routes due to heavy floods and are currently surrounded by NRF forces.

Sources add that around 100 Taliban reinforcements were also ambushed by the NRF.

According to sources, the Taliban suffered casualties as a result of this ambush, but the exact number is not yet clear.

From this morning until now, NRF forces have started their aggression against the Taliban in several districts of Panjshir.

Based on reports, NRF forces have captured several villages following these attacks.

The Taliban and the National Resistance Front (NRF) have not officially said anything about these claims.
