Sources in Kabul have reported an explosion in the Dasht-e Barchi area.
Sources told the Hasht-e Subh Daily on Monday evening, August 10, that they heard the sound of an explosion at around 7:00 p.m. from the Barchi area in Kabul’s 13th district.
According to the sources, the explosion occurred near the Barchi fuel station as a vehicle carrying Taliban fighters was passing through the area.
There are currently no details available about possible casualties or damage from the incident, and no group has claimed responsibility for the explosion.
