At least 6 people were killed and 30 others were injured in deadly border skirmishes between the Taliban and Pakistani troops at the Spin Boldak border crossing in southern Afghanistan, sources in Kandahar province confirmed.
Sources on Sunday (December 11th) told Hasht-e Subh that a gunfighting broke out at 12 o’clock today when the Taliban wanted to establish new border check-posts.
After the first wave of conflict stopped, another gun battle between the two sides broke out at 3:00 pm and continued to rage until 5 o’clock, according to sources.
Meanwhile, according to sources, heavy casualties have been inflicted on civilians and both sides involved in the war.
This is not the first time that Taliban forces and the Pakistani troops have clashed at the Spin Boldak border crossing.
