Lebanese sources have reported that the Israeli military carried out extensive airstrikes in southern Lebanon.
Al Jazeera reported early Wednesday, August 12, citing local Lebanese media, that the Israeli military had launched the attacks.
According to the report, the Israeli military heavily bombarded the village of Hadatha in the Bint Jbeil area.
However, no reports have been released on casualties or financial losses resulting from the attacks.
This comes as the Israeli military also shelled southern Lebanon the previous day.
Despite a ceasefire agreement with the Lebanese government signed in June with US mediation, Israel has continued its attacks in southern Lebanon.
