At least nine Palestinians, including one child, were wounded in Israeli airstrikes targeting a house in the western part of Gaza City.
The Anadolu Agency reported on Saturday, May 9, that the attack occurred as violations of last year’s ceasefire agreement continue to persist.
According to health sources in Gaza, Israeli warplanes bombed a family’s home after issuing an evacuation warning and threatening to strike.
The Gaza Civil Defense announced that the attack destroyed a single-story house and caused damage to dozens of surrounding homes and buildings.
The agency warned that the scale of destruction and the ongoing danger could force dozens of families to flee their homes.
The Gaza Civil Defense has called on the international community and human rights organizations to take immediate action to protect civilians and halt attacks on residential areas.
