A blast caused by a gas cylinder explosion left 5 injured in Takhar province.
Local sources say that this incident happened on Wednesday morning, following a gas cylinder explosion in a bakery near the central intersection of Taloqan city.
Sources in Takhar provincial hospital confirmed that at least 5 wounded, all of whom are civilians, have been transferred to this hospital.
But the Taliban in Takhar said that this incident was caused by the explosion of a mine embedded in a computer table on the road.
Mubeen Safi, the Taliban’s police spokesman for Takhar province, confirmed that 4 people were injured in this incident.
Taloqan, which serves as the capital city of Takhar province, has witnessed the explosion of embedded mines from time to time.
