Taliban flogged 18 men and 9 women in a football stadium in Parwan province.

Taliban members publicly flogged these people on Thursday (December 8th) for the crimes of robbery, being in premarital relationships and running away from home at the football stadium in Charikar city, the capital city of Parwan province, sources confirmed to Hasht-e Subh.

These people were given 29 to 35 lashes each, sources detailed.

Local Taliban officials and hundreds of spectators witnessed the trial scenes.

The Taliban publicly executed a man, named Taj Mir, in Farah Province yesterday. Senior Taliban officials, including deputy prime minister and chief justice, witnessed the execution of the person, who had been convicted for murder.
